However, this does not mean that other races do not prefer living within them. In any case, any person despite the race would choose such a housing due to its affordability. The government does not restrict the projects to a specific race, and it allows anyone to take advantage of the projects.

Affordable houses are a burden to municipalities and taxpayers. Everyone pays tax. Then there are no chances that these projects end up being a burden to specific taxpayers or municipalities. Furthermore, there exist clear guidelines on rent payment, and most people preferred for the project have employment.

Affordable apartments provide poor services. Think it in this way, what kind of investor would decide to make something way below the expectations and expect a high demand? The same thing applies to affordable houses. They offer services similar to any other properties although at a subsidized amount.
